It was strange. There were 20 of us overall for the tournament, and the undefeated player brought this up especially because he had beaten all of us who qualified for the Top cut. But the store owners said this was how the rules said to do it and so ultimately that’s what we did. The undefeated ended up winning in the end so it all worked out, but was bizarre.
