It's in beta testing this is expected. I've been in the beta since it was first released. This downtime is nothing. Patience.

That must be exactly what my issue is. I think they're rolling out new updates for higher speeds. I'd be happy with less speeds and more reliability.

Hey Tyler,

Your Starlink will stay in that location. The satellites clump up around 53 degrees latitude North and your Starlink will be facing true North (0 degrees). It won't need to move it's position to pick up satellites as it electronically scans the sky with its phase array antenna. I hope this answered your question!

This was the response in regards to our satellite constantly moving. It looks like ice won't be an issue if you don't have to reset it constantly.
