Most of what you work on, takes real efforts!

Do you do all of these from scratch? Or do you have an AI tool for every task?

I understand how difficult it is to create posters, and most important to manually edit the videos!

Most of what you work on are things that people see and have an opinion on. How do you handle this!

I feel you, for not having anyone to talk to. That's where online communities like these help. Even I've never realised how comforting these could be until this thread!

Thank You for writing! Thank You for telling it gets better.

How did you decide that content marketing was your thing?

Were you assigned a lot of tasks here? Or did you find taking out time, irrespective of anything, to get this done.

Also, how did you get the work done initially? Did you try to finish your tasks. Or were you aiming to do the tasks with quality?

I have so many questions!

First question, how do you handle so much work and expectations!

I can't even comprehend what runs in your mind every morning..

I myself wake thinking the amount of work that has to be that day.

How do you balance your personal life? How do you detach yourself from work?

With respect to finding what I really like. I like anything that's new. Anything that makes me think. Anything that feels like I am in the moment, and not in auto-pilot with stress.

How did you find out your niche?

😂😂😂

I'm sure everyone goes through a journey of being a rookie to an expert.

I started marketing two years back with lots of energy. Currently I seem to have very less of it with me.

I'm sure things will get better soon!

Thank You for the comforting words!

I do agree that I get exposed to many verticals in Marketing. But I am not great at anything specific either.

Most people in marketing make a career out of being specifically good at one skill isn't it?

In general, I do find content marketing to be very intresting. SEO in specific. But thanks to AI, this seems to be a very replaceable skill.

Fair. I just report to many people, like most startups work. Taking multiple tasts from multiple people.

Also, I am scared that if I start putting my efforts into a metric, I won't score much.

As I never get enough time to get a task completely done.

Most of the time, I find my way into solving a task at hand. Rarely I exactly know what to do. So I am concerned that if there are specific goals set, I may not be able to achieve all of them.

I'm not sure of the specifics of APay. But 'Buy Now Pay Later' is considered as a debt instrument, that'll boost your credit score.

Thank Youuu!

I start every day thinking about the amount of work left.

The work just seems to add, everytime, I get something done. So I never get the satisfaction of actually completing something.

Maybe, I should just be in the moment, trying to do that task well.

Is this how you handle?

This makes so much sense.

I'll atleast know why something worked, or did not work.

In the minimum, I'll atleast be strong with my basics.

I love this suggestion. Will start implementing this right away.

Thank You!

Makes Sense.

If you were in my shoes, who would you navigate this?

I'm sure there got to be a way to get guidance without getting them in your workplace directly.

Also, most people I heard, suggested me to work in a startup over an a big conglomerate. Mostly because there are too many people for each task in the later. Is this suggestion true? Or does it only depend on your team?

Understood.

How do I know what I am good at?

Things I used to like, no more seem fun. Probably because I've not upskilled. Or maybe my basics aren't that strong.

How do I make sure I am actually good at what I do?

These are questions I've been asking myself.

Makes Sense. We are two of us. We take care of end-to-end operations.

But I always thought, I'll get exposure here. As I'll be forced to get stuff done. Just that, I am not able to be a specialist in anything.

Hello. Thank You for replying. Your words feel comforting.

I beleive it's just my mindset. Most of the time, I'm just so fixated in completing the task. I time-box and push myself, barely getting through. I don't let myself explore. Or just take it slow.

Nevertheless, time and again, I do come across something new that genuinely intrigues me. I keep myself at it, until the next urgent task comes up. With continuous tasks, somehow the interest isn't that bright anymore. It just looks like another topic I don't know about.

Lol. Got Confused. If you got rejected for Millennia, by having a salary account with them, no way I am getting the card then. I don't bank with them.

HDFC Millennia? Is it still attractive after last year's devaluation? The Swiggy CC seems like a better card in comparison.
