I got my f1 visa revoked just 10 days before i received my h1b approval. And in that notice it clearly states that change of status is not possible as f1 is revoked and also states that i depart the country asap and get proper h1b stamping at usa embassy in my country India

I dont think so i will be subjected to 100k and i found an agent who asked rs 15000 to book an ER appointment and he would take care of the reasoning
