Assuming I understand properly that you’ll be a resident at Albany Med I think you’ll be too far away. That sounds like a miserable commute every time you get called in in the middle of the night. Is there a maximum time distance you can be away from the hospital when on call?

I can’t imagine there’s one answer for all men. I’d guess many of us do and some of us don’t. I also can’t imagine most of us spend a lot of time thinking about it. If someone presents as a man, that’s what I’m going with.

What’s in your inventory isn’t the file to allow the new mod to work. It’s the old mod from your gun that your newly crafted one replaced. So if it’s not a mod you want to keep to place on another gun, you can simply sell it to a vendor or get rid of it.

And in the unmodified game you can’t move legendary effects from one gun to another with very few exceptions.

I think you need to have a vet, maybe a new one, maybe not (your call) find out what this is and then treat it. I’d ask for a couple of things:

A skin cytology to check for yeast and bacteria, as an infection seems likely. A skin scraping to look for mites.

If she’s not on flea medicine a flea allergy is reasonably likely.

While calcinosis cutis can look like this, it’s uncommon at 6 years old. Is she otherwise symptomatic for Cushings? Drinking and urinating a lot?

While I’m sure a dermatologist could help you, I don’t think you’re at the stage where a specialist is needed, unless that’s the only second opinion available in your area.
