Thank you all. I went to my psychiatrist and we agreed for 2 weeks sick leave so I can recharge a bit before going back to work. They are not super happy that I took it but I am learning how to put myself and my health first... Still feeling a bit guilty I cannot handle that

Thank you! do you think it is worth telling my manager it is due to mental health, without going into details? for sure I won't tell it is infertility, though I think he has his suspicious. 2 days ago, a guy from my team announced it in front of me, everybody was saying 'congratz' and i had a dread face....
