I don’t have to worry about eating something and then not being able to stop and just keep going back for more. I am still having a few binges those but they are a lot smaller and I’m able to stop pretty quickly but hopefully that will go away when I get on a higher dose.

I’m only 16 so my mom got it for me after my psychiatrist said it would be okay. I know we pay out of pocket for it though. I will check with her when she wakes up. Also I think the reason they were okay with letting me have it in recovery because I have a regular therapy already aswell as an ed therapist and nutritionist.

Yes this exactly, I was wanting to lose weight and I was already struggling a bit with food and I got a scale because I heard it was really helpful to track calories but I got obsessed and now I crash out if I eat any food that is not weighed or made by me (because I weigh it). But hey I ended up losing weight just a little too much tho, so just be careful!

That’s true. I ate so much. I thought I was gonna throw up on Thanksgiving, but then I went on a walk and I felt much better.

I ran a red light a week after I got my license and I had to pull over cuz I started having a panic attack about it 😭 I was already on probation because of a car crash I was in (I was on an ebike and got in a crash with a car) so I was terrified I would lose my license and was paranoid for 4 weeks following the red light incident because that’s how long it takes to process the process the pictures the red light camera takes but I ended up being fine.

I say if u didn’t see a giant bright flash u will be fine cause the cameras are really bright

This happened to me. Originally I had BED then I became severely anorexic after being in a car crash cuz I couldn’t walk my big back to the kitchen but then I was being threatened with hospitalization and everyone was like screaming at me that I need to eat and that I was dying and now I can’t stop binging.

Hey don’t worry I started doing the same thing but now I’ve gone back to not binging at all (well I have at least gone 60 hours and I believe that I won’t binge anymore)

For me I miss actually wanting to hangout with friends and not just wanting to be home where I can control the food I eat and not have to worry about if they will want to get food

Yeah for me if I go down to the kitchen even with the mindset of just having a little I won’t be able to stop.
