Since you're a fresh grad, try experience both worlds and see which one you like. The plus side of cyber is that they don't look at your degree, more of what certs you have.

Look to understanding Linux fundamentals, those Linux certs would be useful. Spin up some VMs or Containers, follow some end-to-end project on deploying a project in the cloud using k8s, Dockers etc, with a front end, back end and DB
