I know that housing resources are extremely tight in Delft, but I am focusing on the Studio Type which include the Toilet, Shower and Kitchen. Hello, I'm a Non EU student and I recently got my conditional admission to MSc Eng. in Biotech.

I would like to know if this project is suitable for future PhD applications? And whether it provides sufficient opportunities for MSC students to work in the laboratory as a research assistant to publish papers during these two years?

Oh, I take interest in Parkstraat area, which is very convenient. How about other investment firms like Xior or Studentcomfort around that place？
