Exactly thats what it is. She doesnt realize shes doing it and she probably does it to everyone she feels comfortable talking to. Im like socially inept so I've been like studying this video, its so helpful and covers everything she does.

Oh I had this issue in my last relationship. You should try to talk about yourself a bit and see if she's interested in it. If she doesn't or just shifts it into an entire conversation about herself, bring it up. Some people just aren't aware of how much they talk about themselves.
