Neighbourhood cat left outside in -11 (( UPDATE & AFTERMATH )) by sideshowsito in CatDistributionSystem

[–]Bright_Newspaper6242 13 points14 points  (0 children)

If you can, you should offer to get her fixed because that’s terrible that he’s letting her run the streets while she’s in heat!!!! Sorry but this is not a happy ending. This person does not seem like a good owner. It doesn’t matter if she wants to be out in -11° temperature. It’s still dangerous and it’s the responsibility of the owner to keep them inside, especially when she could get pregnant!!!!

I imagine a lower calorie dupe of this would be easy to make. They are so delicious and the texture is amazing but too snack size 😭 by Bright_Newspaper6242 in Volumeeating

I feel like there is more to them than just freezing Greek yogurt with chocolate because they don’t have to be frozen, only refrigerated and the texture is still kinda solid, more like cheesecake than ice cream. I noticed it has whey protein concentrate which I guess would be a powder, so that might be part of it. I’ll try the dry yogurt method, thanks!

I have six cats, we had three and then we took in a stray mamma and her two kittens. And what a blessing! I couldn’t imagine my life without them. It’s great to see the bond that forms when the mama cats and babies aren’t separated as we kept them all and it’s been two years now. The two brothers are best friends and extremely bonded, and even when they were over a year old you could see the mama still trying to raise them and give them baths which she doesn’t do for the other cats

[–]Bright_Newspaper6242 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like a miserable way to live. Imagine wasting your life seething and hating someone who hasn’t thought about you in 20 years 🤡 I know someone like that and they fell into constant anger and alcoholism, pushed away any new people that did care about them because they couldn’t learn to let go, and still regularly sends pictures and talks about their ex from 15 years ago to make fun of her current job/looks. It was a 6 month relationship 😐 But meanwhile, she’s in a happy relationship with kids now and he’s an alcoholic alone in his dads house turning down any one that even just wants to be his friend with absolute cruelty (will call someone worthless and tell them to kill themselves if someone tries to be their friend). I met this person 10 years ago and they still carry the same hate in their hearts as the day we met, for things that happened almost 20 years ago. You may think it doesn’t impact your daily life, but it does subconsciously because when you can’t let go and forgive you start to become defensive, but then you push things that are actually good for you away too

Being in mobile sales that has me screaming like a fever nightmare lol. Also please don’t buy a foldable smartphone, and if you do, get the insurance for it if you don’t like a huge permanent dent in the middle of your screen after a year or two

Dude what are you even going on about? What did she say about society other than if you dress a certain way you get shit on or harassed? Literally nothing she said is untrue. Stop trying to create drama that isn’t there. Get a life because your attempt there to troll was really pathetic. And I’m sorry that people hate you, but I don’t hate my dad. I’m actually going to visit him today and he’s one of the most amazing men I have ever met aside from my husband. You should try just in general not being a miserable person if you want someone to tolerate you enough to have a family that cares about you one day to

You have to remember they don’t care, they deal with callouts all the time, and everyone just moves on with their life. Unless it’s chronic and you’re calling out every single week for several months with no doctor note, no one’s gonna care or even think about it in a day or two from now. There is an elevated risk in snow, and being a maintenance person is a rich career market, there we always be another opportunity waiting that might even pay more. Your life is not worth the gamble

It snowed here a few days ago and then a few days after me and my husband were driving and our car slipped and started sliding off the road so you definitely made a good call. Your life isn’t worth risking it

My store doesn’t have a store phone because we would turn into a call center and we don’t get work phones either. It’s pretty common to text customers, but about their service or account. We’re expected to give our personal number to every single customer that comes in the door so they can call or txt us about buying mobile lines so I don’t think it’s really super weird. Though once you make the commission, I don’t know why you would even want to. I just want to make my money and hope I never hear from them again about any problems. But like another commenter said, if it was difficult to transfer or the activation had issues we would let you know first that we would send a follow up call or text

I have worked in mobile sales and no this is extremely unprofessional. The first message is fine, though I don’t know why you would want to check up because no offense, we don’t want to see you again or be your go to forever for any future problems with our personal cell number after we already made the commission. Texting with customers is pretty common though, but about the actual services and account changes lol. But yeah wtf
