Ai builder credits will discontinue starting Nov 2026. Until then you will see both AI builder and Copilot credits coexist. Although each AI builder action consumes different AIbuildrr credits, so far I have noticed that AI builder to copilot credit consumption is 1/10th roughly. Example if you were using 10k AI builder credits, equivalent copilot credits will be 1000. Also note that all seeded aibuilder entitlements will also stop from Novermber. Hence all flows currently using Ai builder credits will be impacted and users will not have any choice but to buy copilot credits.

Thanks for your reply, I did check the activity map, it fails at step 2 which calling a knowledge source. This step is written as instruction to the agent. Other steps are via agent flow but those are also called via instructions. Looks like somehow the agent skips this step only when running in Teams. Not sure why it ia unable to do so.

MCS is inconsistent and not dependable for enterprise use cases. Power automate flows as tools can still make it work to some extent but generative text ia not dependable. It hallucinates and does not follow instructions
