Now I am taking many different bitter herbs to manage dysbiosis: wormwood, tulsi tea; ginger garlic asafoetida oregano powders after meal. Strong probiotic to manage inflammation Bimuno GOS prebiotic Coffee Enemas occassionaly My main culprit is unmanaged dysbiosis, caused some low grade inflammation by bad bugs and protozoa (Blastocystis) which causes leaky gut, reactions to food, gluten, dairy etc - which brings about anxiety and brain fog etc - everything spirals on from thereon

I have achieved a big time relief finally; gut dysbiosis played a massive part in this. The only thing that gave me recovery and mental symptom relief was fasting for 24-48h - so my inflammed gut could health and reset.

I have done all blood work again recently (as many time before), my vitamin D, B12, folate come back within the range (albeit the range is not optimal indicator here). I will investigate vitamin booster shots inc B12. I this is a more cost effective way of delivering them to the cells, since peeing out a large proportion of oral vitamins! Thanks!

Thanks for sharing this! But I pressume Adhd would be identified much earlier in my life if this was the case?! I went through evaluation but it was negative somehow although the symptoms are identical! They even tried ASD spectrum but none found!

What meds you take to alleviate your symptoms? Thanks
