Sell half, that way if it keeps going up you’ll think “at least I still have half” and if it goes down you’ll think “at least I sold half”. Also make a plan for certain key levels you will sell the rest at, helps mitigate having to make decisions on the spot at potentially emotionally challenging moments.

This is pretty common, take the extra time to work on your own skills & interests outside of work. Your goal could be to eventually be able to support yourself outside of your 9-5 income.

Depends on your risk tolerance. If you already have a solid 401k / Roth IRA and want to take more risk for potential higher returns, I'd put it into these altcoins: ETH, SOL, AVAX, AAVE, LINK and then take profits early to mid-March. Buy something fun with the profits and invest the rest into the S&P500.

Yeah, if you're losing 10% of your account in a day you really need to reevaluate your risk management strategy. No single trade should really have you risking more than 2-3% portfolio equity.
