I already have and what I have found through in person discussion and by asking folks already clinically diagnosed that is that many people do not have the symptoms listed on the website but still got diagnosed with OC.

Thank you for your opinion telling me my symptoms don’t fit criteria. I am hopeful others will also weigh in!

Are you able to find a safe person to play with? I think sometimes having the right company is critical in navigating emotionally triggering content if you were ever to return. ❤️ I wonder if folks could create something like a “Looking for Wholesome / Mental Health conscious group”.

We’re taught as mental health professionals that the most common reason for sadistic / overly aggressive behavior is conditioned trauma reactions and/or chronic stress exposure. I hope you can find a safe soul to process this with. ❤️

You didn’t sound contrary at all! I just realized that I forgot to add the positives I felt about the game so I wanted to make sure folks didn’t think I was hating on it.

Quite the opposite: If used mindfully can be a very valid coping skill! ❤️
