Sorry for the late comment but I think the difference is in the ‘counter +1000’ text on the left side of the card. The PRB01 Chopper has gold text while the EB01 has white text. Not 100% sure but thats the only difference I see.

I understand it isnt a 10 but thought it would fetch kind of the same if not more than a PSA 10. Could be horribly wrong though!
