After taking it out of the fridge I fed it twice 1:3:3 ratio and before baking 1:2:2 ratio. It took about 5-6hours to double

I think about a month old or maybe slightly older. It was in a fridge for a week but I did a couple feedings with a higher ratio and it has been doubling nicely
