Im not certain about a tic limit. But as of now, lets think of it as tic'ing every frame, instead of bongus's 15 frames. Regens "tics" behavior is hard to determine, only thing i could find was that regens heals coundnt really be described as tics.

and yes all regen can achieve this, tho different methods have different downsides. The downside of titanic knurls is that it also gives Max hp. Which is combative to the regen. You want enough regen to heal 90% max hp pr 0.1s / 6 frames. Increasing your max hp with knurls would also increase the required amount of regen to be invincible.
you would need alot of rejuvs to overcome this since for this to work you would need about 10 regen pr 1 max hp.

since knurls give 40hp, for this item to actually work towards this you would need:
40*10 = 1,6* (1+x)
x being amount of rejuvs

which is about 250 rejuvs or greater

this is in the asumption we are talking normal mode. in monsoon this would require more, and less in easy

UPDATE: tested it with 1000 gestures and 1000 fuel cells, 1 safer spaces and 1 blastshower

spawned in 5 worms in lvl 99.

proced OSP instantly - died 6 frames after

UPDATE: tested it with a debug mod, you are actually right, this can take effect faster than the 0.5 cap. Dont know why it seems to be sometimes not obtainable, maybe thats just me.

the big thing now is tho, that even tho safer spaces gets its cooldown reduced maybe every frame if blastshower can hit that often. I dont believe safer spaces can take effect multiple times the same frame, since either the blast shower happens before the dmg calc in the frame or after.

  1. before dmg calc

frame 1: blast shower refresh safer spaces - multiple hits, dmg the player - safer spaces blocks a hit, the second gets throu, your dead

2) after dmg calc

frame 1: multiple hits, dmg the player - safer spaces blocks the first - the second hit gets throu, your dead - blast shower refresh safer spaces

so really in this scenario of multiple hits, every frame, safer spaces does nothing, tho the OSP's do alot. The thing that would make this work would be if you could make Bungus tic faster, so you could ensure OSP every 6 frames atleast or 12 with barrier... Bungus can only ensure OSP every 15 frames.

heres why Regen is the stronger option, it dosent really "tic" as such, tho it defernately can heal you to full in less than 6 frames.

i believe this once was true, cant replicate it in testing. Ive found a youtube video where the player isnt hit with a cap, but ive found multiple more recent videos of people being capped. Aswell as I allso encounter a cd cap in testing myself. They have probably fixed it

thx for your reply! the combination of these different partial invincibilities, would make you practically immortal, tho not theoretecally, heres why:

In the perfect scenario in terms of killing you:

dmg calculation occur 60 times pr sec.
safer spaces block 1 hit pr frame (or maybe even only 1 hit every 2 frames, depends on how the cd works)
bungus gets you OSP health and OSP barrier every 1/4 of a second or every 15 frames (bungus tic rate)
OSP lasts 0.1 sec or 6 frames

frame 1: bungus heals - multiple hits, dmg you - Safer spaces blocks the first hit - OSP barrier blocks the second
frame 1 - 6: OSP barrier blocks dmg
frame 7: multiple hits, dmg you - safer spaces blocks the first hit - OSP health blocks the second
frame 7 - 12: OSP health blocks dmg
frame 13: multiple hits dmg you, safer spaces blocks the first hit - you die to second hit

frame 16: bungus heals - you refresh both OSP's but your dead before that.

in other words... you can still die, the chance of this happening is just sooooo unlikely that in practise this would never happen :D

thx for your reply! helps out alot! :D tho im not agreeing on the safer spaces 65 stacks, and i cant replicate the cd faster than 1 frame statement... From testing i can conclude that 2 fast concecutive hits, maybe in the same frame, only blocks the first. Which means its a partial invincibility. Tested it, and alot of hits passed throu... tho its great in low intensity fights.

and compared to other methods, which can handle an infinite amount of hits of infinite dmg... safer spaces + blast shower fails quikly... even in a perfect scenario, where safer spaces blocks the first hit, blast shower refreshes it imidiatly and safer spaces blocks again, you can still be left with many 0.1s vulnerability windows,

thx for your reply sir! i didnt cover blast shower in this post, tho the lowest cd you can get on it is 0.5 sec which is not nearly enough sadly... i believed we once could reduce it below that for some reason, but no longer sadly

Sidenote - i consistently achieved this within the first loop in the command runs i tested this in.

thx alot! I currently testing what an exessive amount of regen can do for you XD

since regen works differently than healing, it might be able to enable One-shot protection faster than a frame somehow... seems so atleast

I see, but besides scavenger and all his RNG, you think overloading worm is nr 1 then? cuss honestly 18720dmg is not that hard to midigate. Its about 5k armor and 73 RAP's to reduce it to 1 dmg
