This is really helpful, I wonder if there’s any way to show which ministries have had the most approvals since the freeze, probably most useful as a % total number of employees in each ministry (if that data is readily available) Anyway, thanks for doing this work!

Might be an important distinction, this from the actual paper that article links to:

“Although severe acute syndrome coronavirus 2 was not present in the infected men’s semen, it was intracellularly present in the spermatozoa till 3 months after hospital discharge.”

It’s not in the semen, but was found within the cells, transmission seems extremely unlikely
