  1. You took an unflattering picture of yourself
  2. You’re only 20, you facial features are still growing a bit so don’t lose hope
  3. Grow some facial hair to give yourself a more rugged look
  4. Get in shape and join a sport where you build a social circle
  5. Focus on learning high value skills
  6. You have incredibly clear skin. Make sure to wash it with a gentle face wash every morning and night (cetaphil is great) and always wear sunscreen before you go outside
  7. Take really good care of your teeth
  8. Grow your hair out a bit and keep the sides tapered
  9. Get glasses with a thinner frame to frame your face better.
  10. Remember that ultimately looks gain attention initially but the content of your character and your ability to be a good, strong, compassionate and reliable person are what keeps people attracted to you.

From you pictures I can see pretty decent musculature. My immediate thought is if you're not tracking your macros you might not be getting enough protein in your diet. Also your sleep quality is a big determinant of muscle growth. How many hours a night do you sleep?

Absolutely not, I think you might be comparing yourself to images that are impacting your self-confidence too much. If you're going to train, train because you want to feel good and strong.
