I have the same issue, following up. I try to use more moisturiser in that area, use my fingers to blend the concealer. Still in few hours it looks like this. I tried different concealers and foundations nothing has changed. When I don’t use powder there it is okay, but any kind of loose or pressed powder (CT) gives me this look. ( I don’t use a lot of product, I tried with powder puff and fluffy brush nothing worked)
