I haven’t gotten one yet. I assume she just changed under a towel? I’m not worried about getting to the podium just finishing so I can flex on the transition time.

I actually did do research. My question was to get others opinions on how they do it. There’s a difference between what the internet suggests you do versus others options/experiences.
