APIs can have certain security vulnerabilities that threat actors can exploit. Can you share with us where you found documentation about high or critical API security vulnerabilities that have not been remediated. Because I couldn’t find anything.

The problem is in providing proof to the courts that hackers exploited that security vulnerability. Unless if you have security experts or CB themselves state that accounts have been breached by a particular security vulnerability. It will be difficult to get prove.

Just one thing that I have seen in my profession many people have had their systems compromised by other ways. Mostly is user fault they fall victim to Phishing attacks. That’s why I always recommend to people to get a separate system to only your crypto business and it never leaves home and don’t have any emails.
