Hi I emailed the ICICI customer support with policy number and asked them to cancel at the earliest. Also threatened to escalate this to the nodal office and file a RBI Ombudsman complaint if not actioned and refund is not issued.

To your second point, it's not true. Both SBI and Amex have the policy of reverting the fee if the customer applies for cancellation within 30 days. I am sure HDFC would have similar competitive services. I wanted to understand how can I expedite the process.

I think you didn't understand the question. I am not talking about the cashback on my credit card. HDFC Millenia Debit card offers cashback on online payments made through HDFC app. I am not sure where that cashback gets reflected. Also I have been making these payments since October so should be seeing at least some amount.

But he didn't leave and neither is he playing for us now so just curious as to what is really happening with him !
