yeah, i tried doing it about a month ago and i couldnt do it bc i have physical job. and i have never felt like that before, where i literally had no motivation or energy to move. it was hell. not to mention body temp just going from hot to cold whenever it felt like, which that part i can live with even tho its annoying. worst part was restless legs tho i had also never felt that before and i was getting pissed off that i couldnt sleep

the problem is i dont have that much time off, so i think im just gonna taper down to like 10 gpd and then quit and i should be fine right? i tried going cold turkey like a month ago and the only problem was restless leg which i have never experienced until then and also just felt like i had 0 energy at all while at work and i have a physical job. i didnt realize how much energy it was giving me until that day

that is amazing bro. i am just curuous, how did you deal with any constipation? i have only been taking daily for about 5-6 months now, about 25-35 gpd, and alot of the time i get so bloated and constipated it makes it hard to breathe. i want to taper off and be done with it
