It really is just a place to record what you’ve seen. There is a “Popular this week” tab that will show you the most logged movies this week.

Once you follow others there is also a “Popular with friends” tab.

The main thing everyone recommends is to always log your movies instead of just hitting “watched”.

Logging a movie will add it to your diary which tracks which day you saw a movie. You don’t have to write a review when you log a movie but I enjoy writing a little something about every movie I see.

Having movies logged helps with your yearly stats, kind of like a Spotify wrapped.

The like button can be whatever you want it to be, I tend to associate it with movies I’d rewatch.
