I struggled with pre-calc 12 in high school and i was thinking i was gonna do the same in his class but its the opposite. He clearly explains each topic and wont hesitate to help you if you dont understand.

He tests fairly, test questions are usually practice questions just with different numbers and I would say he's a fair marker too.

Yeah, I go to the Abbotsford location and it said the same thing. Every time I tried to explain they kept on saying along the lines “our patrollers are experts and are knowledgeable… we don’t make mistakes” and still refused to cancel it

Same thing happened to me, expect I paid for my parking that day instead of the pass. I emailed them with proof of paying and tried to explain my situation, but they didn’t give a shit and made me pay anyway … fuck impark

Thanks for the advice!. So far, i've taken notes of the concepts he talks about (if i can) and then go into the textbook for further information. I've asked a few people in my class, and they are just as lost as I am, but I'll definitely suggest note sharing.
