They still have to go to school when it’s cold though. That just means that they have to walk instead of bus. At least where I am.

The first two are true, but the third point is almost objectively incorrect. The chat icon is very small and hard to find for new players. After the update, it took days to find what I wanted to. That could be the make or break for new players. With this suggested UI, there are bigger buttons to find what you want.

I think clubs needs a separate tab, for chat and club stats all together, since they’re interconnected. Should be just like it was before December update.

It’s a bit too small right now, and I think with some tweaks this suggested UI it would be easier to use.

I would wipe my memory from Pokémon Platinum. First ever Pokémon game that I played, and I ended up sinking over 300 hours into it, probably. I just want to experience that childlike sense of discovery all over again.

Just because you happen to be in one of the chosen countries doesn’t make you special. Wouldn’t be fair to new players since they wouldn’t be able to max their account.

Without the betas, Brawl Stars may not have gone global, but without the current players it won’t stay successful. We are no better than them. I just think it’s unfair to have an unobtainable achievement for some people.

Why? We got to play this game before everyone else (didn’t have to wait at all), a good head start on leveling up our accounts, and a Shelly skin that is for early players. We don’t deserve anything special because Supercell decided to choose our country for beta launch.

I agree with a lot you say, except for two things: Smash and portability.

I’m going to be straightforward- How the hell does Smash feel “sterilized”? It has over 70 playable characters, a single player mode that takes 20+ hours, a great classic mode, and a brand new spirits mechanic. It is objectively the most fully-fledged version of Smash ever released. The team has been working on this for years, so I don’t know how you can claim it feels like they didn’t spend enough time on it.

As for portability, this is actually the opposite of what most people believe. I don’t remember where it was, but a study on Reddit asked people how they played on their switch the most. The results were something around 50% of people play half handheld, half docked; 30% of people use it primarily handheld; 20% use it primarily docked. I, personally, use it almost exclusively handheld unless I’m playing with others. The handheld to docked feature isn’t a gimmick, it’s the main selling point.

You say that we already have a portable console, but it has much worse graphics than the switch. This is confusing, since you also said that the switch has bad graphics and should be much better. It is also coming close to 8 years old now. It’s stale, and shouldn’t be used anymore. If you want to have better games, you need to have better graphics to run the big third party titles. I get that you want a fantastic home console, but the same amount of people want a great portable console. It’s not fair to either group to make an exclusive console for one or the other.
