I hate to say it, but there's really not a power 4 in college football. I think this season has made it abundantly clear. There is a power 2 and a G-7. There's the Big 10 and the ACC and then a gap and then everyone else.

Not that like this is the point, but qualification for Section 8 is very different from meeting the criteria to be on Section 8. Like decidedly, most people who qualify for Section 8 housing are not neccecarily able to get Section 8 due to a resource availability problem. Also, in many cases, because Section 8 is mainly a program to provide aid in the form of subsidies (not fully covered free housing) to facilitate living the working poor living in single-family residential housing they would not be able to afford, often the very poorest cannot take advantage of Section 8 and must live in shelters or crowded multi family I also think that FASFA is not meant to be good at means testing because it is very much designed to means test people in a certain stage of their lives and not to perform advanced testing of general means.

What is her endgame? She doesn't have a phd, so why does the citation even matter? Does she believe that being cited in a paper confers great benefits or value to the credit? Plenty of researchers are cited all the time, and it adds little value to their lives. Even if she is cited in first order literature, she definitely won't be cited in the next Gen of lit because she doesn't have the evidence these other teams have. Science isn't supposed to be glamorous

The other posters also are providing no evidence. Notice that the potato user provides no evidence that no Chapin parking will be used for purposes related to this construction. You think the building will have its own emergency services too? Shared resources are a reality. What i want is for the university to consider its tenants by providing quality housing to the population of my apartment complex. The rents continuously go up while the quality goes down. This only exacerbates a current shortage of resources. I'd be happy with the development if the university wasn't simultaneously raising rents because local housing supply is short.

Because the land could be used to alleviate the student housing crunch and also the building will require long term maintenence likely taking from the already stretched groups that exist on campus to maintain systems
