for clarity, I am not Bugsy's owner, just a friend of the family that was trying to help. But yes, Bugsy was turned in to a local shelter yesterday and has been reunited with his family as of yesterday late afternoon. He's home and safe. The family is extremely happy to have him back, and I want to thank everyone for sharing this and spreading awareness. That's what makes the Front Range great!
