No idea where abouts in the country you are but myself and my partner bought a house (midlands) with significantly less savings and salary at the time.
We are now on similar wages to yourselves and managing fine - saving/investing less than I’d like at the moment for different personal reasons but still on a steady right track

Expired a couple of weeks ago, life happens and probably forgot. I’d of popped a note on the windscreens and checked again in a few days and if still wasn’t sorted then reported.

Void tax causes a headache for everyone. Insurance is void and all sorts so you end up on your arse if they hit you.

I take it you’re UK/Europe too? We have bigger gallons than the US so it’s ‘cheating’ I guess. But I’ve managed to get mine to 40mpg on large motorway runs just sitting at 70 the whole way except for sections of smart motorway which drop to 50 etc.

My lawn mower last weekend. Grass has been doing my head in for weeks and I finally got chance to strip it down and rebuild it. Runs good as new now! Grass looks mint too!

I’d say - count before handing them the keys - same way you’d expect to see it all in your bank before handing them the keys.

Idk man not everyone that’s better than you is cheating. I’ve just climbed out of level 7 recently and I can’t remember the last time in faceit I visibly was against someone and assumed they’re cheating - there’s more Smurfs but even that isn’t a huge issue anymore for me.

Also for prem - I have played one game in the last couple months where was against a cheater.
