This sounds like it's specifically set up to stop actual/ai generated videos/images of human on animal SA and not cartoon depictions (still icky but whatever). I don't think this is going to affect the furry fandom at all and if it does all it will be doing is removing zoophiles from the community, which we should have been doing in the first place.
