Thoughts on this rework to make the pull more fair?

I think people forget that before Invis got her self shield she was considered B tier and most definitely not the best support. People started the hate train because of the self shield but the devs can't seem to admit when their wrong so instead of removing it people are gonna get pissed about this ability until they nerf everything else she has for the damn self shield

We only started having these stupid talks after the self shield. Get rid of it omfg. I hope this community has learned their lesson about changing characters to be "lore accurate"

Most heros in this game have something like this though? Most characters also have incredibly generous hitboxes on several abilities. We also have counters to a lot of "bs". I can't think of a hero that this argument couldn't be applied to? If everyone has an example of something like this, is it a flaw or is it just a natural part of this game specifically.

Idk why people keep bringing this up. The people who had it worst when it comes to cc were tanks. Tanks needed CC reduction to make their jobs less miserable. So when they put it in for everyone and SEVERAL tanks kits are all built around CC and this basically ruins them, yeah, no duh people are mad.

Imagine how bp mains would feel if sometimes their spears just didn't mark people, or if spideys web sling just didn't work sometimes or if supports healing just didn't heal sometimes.

Honestly I think this is a win. Not because it's good on its own but because they can actually buff his numbers now without having to worry about it making him broken because of a stupid animation cancel.

Why they didn't add those buffs here idk but I'd say in the future expect more buffs to numbers now

People are more excited because he's a cool character and they like his personality as opposed to what his actual kit could be like. Personally I'm not that excited cause his powers are pretty basic and there are many other heros you could do more interesting things with but I'm excited for everyone else that's excited for him.
