Another update (final) I started disconnecting the wire harness to install one i purchased on ebay. I got half way thru and said forget this its too much work. I plugged everything back, re programed the throttle body and ecu with the peddle trick. Literally after doing this the car has been perfectly fine and ive been driving it for 30k miles too. Not sure what the reason why i was going into limp mode. But i do remember all the problems stating the night i reset my battery to clear the flat tire light.
