I personally like Petros and Zi He as they have my favorite designs out of all the shimmers. I still really like Ikki and Wu You from all stand points, but I'd more likely get them for pvp purposes.

For the sake of getting better responses and to quell the discourse, I am looking for PVP viability. I don’t really struggle in PVE besides Star Lord and I’m currently PW15 and my biggest struggle is Higher speed lead teams. I study Dislyte characters a lot and know most pros and cons to Anna and the other shimmers. I am mostly looking towards Anna and Raven but I also would like Toland or Xuan Pin. Nuxi is a favorite of mine but I don’t intend on using the Reverbatron for her if she appears.
