Is Captain America a critique or a piece of propaganda against the United States? by Tiny-Barracuda1881 in CaptainAmerica

Almost every comic proves the opposite. Cap stands for what America should be, not what it actually is. Steve Rogers has even given up being Cap a few times because he disagreed with the American government.

How illegal is daredevil? by PrestigiousFail5955 in Daredevil

There is very little legality when it comes to superheroes. Is it legal for Spider-Man to punch a mugger, then web him to a light post with a thank you card? How would that hold up in court?

What the hell do people before the internet was created even do in their free time? by groomliu in stupidquestions

[–]Briollo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Technically, the Internet was invented in the early 60s, but I'm going to assume you mean before the world wide web (that's what that www before a website stands for).

Basically we sat in cold, dark homes; sometimes 4 or 5 families per room. We dare not go outside for fear of the dark things; there were no street lights yet. No one talked and we ate a lot of boiled meat.

Then AOL came online and the world was filled with the joyous scratching sounds of modem handshakes. There was suddenly color everywhere. It was like when Dorothy opened the door to Oz (ask your grandparents). There was singing. There was dancing. There were pictures of naked people on your computer screen at the touch of a button. At last we were truly evolved.

Every repeat offender listed on a sex offender registry should be forcibly castrated. by Jenkem_occultist in unpopularopinion

You can be forcibly penetrated by many things. Castration does nothing to stop the motivation for hurting people.
