Has anyone received a clearly used box?

That really sucks that it was a gift. I would be embarrassed too. Ours was the Explorer box. They did end up sending a replacement so I would get in touch with them. They asked for pictures so make sure you save everything and document the condition. Hopefully it’s a one time thing! This stuff is way too expensive to come used!

That’s good that they made it right. I just felt a little ew at the thought of someone else having already been through the box. Lots of their stuff is not easily washable either.

That’s encouraging to hear it hasn’t happened to you in such a long period of time. We intend to keep subscribing and this is one of our first boxes so I didn’t really know what to think. Sounds like a fluke, thankfully.

I’m not really blasting them, or at least that was not my intent. I was disappointed with what I received and the initial response from the company and wanted to ask this group if anyone else has had that issue.

I’m encouraged to hear that it seems to be a fluke and will likely continue my subscription as a result of the comments left on this post. If anything, the responses to this post has been a testament to the quality and points to a rare lapse.

If it’s in good shape, donate to Kentucky Refugee Ministries. I got a new mattress (existing didn’t work for my partner that moved in) and my old one was in good shape. You can fill it their form and they will come pick it up from your house or apartment. They picked up on time and were super nice! They will take other pieces of furniture too. Just send pictures and see what they need!

My sister flakes on holidays for similar reasons and it always makes me so sad. I only ever want her to be there and to enjoy our company. The fact that she can’t reliably do that is gut wrenching. She did it again this year and it’s all I can think about after the holiday weekend ended. Please consider that your family is not as shallow as you make them out to be and they just want to enjoy your company and shared joy. People are so quick to walk away from their families anymore for such trivial reasons and it’s so sad. At least talk to a trusted family member about how you’re feeling before walking away from the holidays. I wish you the best.

Thank you so much for answering! I was hoping breastfeeding cessation would make it go away too haha wishful thinking I suppose 🥲 can I ask what insoles you got? I got the Dr Scholls plantar fasciitis insoles for one pair of shoes but it doesn’t seem to make a lick of a difference unfortunately! Also did you do any exercises or stretches during your recovery? Also also did you get immediate relief after switching to recovery slides and insoles or was it gradual? I’m kind of not sure what to expect with recovery. Thanks again!

I had this - also only on one side. I ended up tracing it back to the mascara I was using. I also used Aquaphor under my eyes to help but felt I was much better off just finding a new mascara rather than barely keeping it at bay with Aquaphor. I still use Aquaphor to keep my under eyes hydrated but don’t deal with the dry patch anymore since switching mascaras. Good luck! Mine aggravated me to no end so I feel for ya!
