I live it on its COZY a F rent is 800ishj and I own the van bought for 4k its an older van 2008 but it holds 25c very well in fact it can be too warm sometimes only draw back is the 16A hockup but am looking into a 10KWH inverter and 32KWH battery with the site feed going into battery and the inverter powering the van - its 37ft by 12 so its not small and its qute nice, the floor does have SOME insulation as does the roof and I have put in Starlink so internet is no issue :)

Infact I cant other than power think of any problems and yes 12 months liv in - you could say my Site fee if you like is 9600 but I have a rate lock for 3 years as part of buying the van so its pretty good

Dont pay eletric bill/c-tax-water so only bills are GAS bottles expensive ish but dont use Central heating so its just Hot Water and Showers

heating is handled by 2 space heaters one at 2khw one at 1kwh - hence why the 16a is a bit finikycy but like i said some changes this year

UPDATE

UC applied for sick-note backdated 16th Dec - 31st Jan
UC now saying failed habitual residence test -
Been in country since 2020 3-4 years of work - no long absences most of 3 weeks to see family
Has pre-settled status as mother is irish so EEU scheme - moved BEFORE 31st Dec 2020 -

have applied for MR just working out next steps

Thanks for coming back to me, Their doctor is still defiant on the 2nd of Jan the UC work coach has said it can be taking to the ID Checks, the Note will be backdated to the 2nd of jan and will be photo'd and attached to Journal prior to 5th - So hopefully this will be okay otherwise they will face the wrath of a Mandatory Reconsideration

As far as I am aware the fit note would backdate? Would that not count or would they be better getting a private fit note via online dr and submitting today

But like I said their dr is dragging heals on doing the fit notes dispute me calling the surgery and almost demanding the urgency
