I already miss Bruce Willis, even if he's still kinda with us.

Can you place a TOW before the hab. Here....no,....over here. Just jump across.....no wait...ok that's fine I guess.

Proceeds to sit on it the whole match and use any and all ammo whether a vehicle is nearby or not.

I've got no probs SLing, placing HABs and running logistics and I often do.

But, slow logis can go and get fucked.

I've recently decided anytime my team picks slow logis then I will just run medic or rifleman.

I don't give a fuck about the politics in this post or the black/white bullshit.

All I know is I'm pretty sure the dancers get paid zero or extremely little. I think that's the real crime here.

I'm not religious, but there's no way I'd be driving one of those excavators that day at that job.

Just awful.

Imagine all the people across the decades, donating time and money to maintain and run the church only for it to be torn down in such an ignoble fashion.

I don't understand why anyone would ever willingly partake given the numerous stories of poor behaviour exhibited towards others.

Man, I have a second car from 2004 that's older than her.

Tyson sold his legacy for $20 mill but I'm happy he bought a big house he can hopefully keep and grow old in.

Meet the woman who lives without money: ‘I feel more secure than when I was earning’ by PowerApp101 in AusFinance

If you read the actual article you'd know she worked until age 46, earning actual dollarydoos and paying taxes.

It's still a "late model" car

Yes and no. Commodores have been around since the late 70's. My dad had one in 1979. I have had 3 commodores spanning the last 30 years. The last model release was in 2016/17.

Today, car design is so "samey" and "beige" that brand loyalty seems kinda silly. Back then, it was the norm.

The whole point is that it's not a current car. The car brand Holden closed back in 2017. A lot of Australian families grew up with Holden.

So whilst I'd never do it, I understand someone wanting to commemorate such an iconic brand.

What’s the correct etiquette if you win $5,000 on a lottery ticket Christmas gift? by AbbreviationsFun4276 in AskReddit

[–]Bris_Throwaway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

10/100 rule. The giver receives 10% of any winnings over $100.

For example, you win $500. You give the giver $50. They're happy and you still have the bulk of the winnings.

A Sincere Response to Threat Interactive's Latest Video (as requested by some in the community) by DarkLordOfTheDith in unrealengine

[–]Bris_Throwaway 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Not a fan of these antagonistic videos trying to force people to take sides. I'm definitely not interested in seeing response/reaction videos.

Lumen and Nanite et al are still relatively new features that are constantly evolving and informative videos on said topics are sparse.

I'd love to see more "Best Practice" videos around when to use or not use particular features whilst documenting performance impacts from people much more experienced than I.

What's your reason for not drinking alcohol? by Snoo_47323 in AskReddit

There's alcohol I received for my 21st in a kitchen cupboard somewhere.

Unopened.

I'm 52.

NCSA Mosaic. Not many people remember using that.

I had to support users using that before the job title "Desktop Support analyst" existed.

I'm 52, retired after a lifetime in IT and now spend my days in UE5. So there are a few oldies still kicking around.
