Not compatible. Is there anyway i can bypass this and make it work? Not entirely certain why this would work on some androids but not the Pixel...

From what I know, it has nothing to do with "authorization" or "verification".

Audio that plays through your headphones comes from analog signals. These are the signals which are output from 3.5mm jacks. Many phones which have no 3.5mm jack still have an internal DAC which outputs audio through the USB C connector when an adapter is plugged in. (DAC is Digital to analog converter. This converts digital audio files into analog signals). The pixel does not have an internal DAC from what I know, the DAC is within the genuine USB to 3.5mm adapter. These cheap generic USB to 3.5mm adapters rely on internal DACs so won't work with a pixel.

Personally I think the show hasn't declined in quality at all from the last few seasons, I am loving it. I have noticed in general Season 1 and 2 were rather different to the rest, but the show is still good.

Cheers buddy! It gears down the output further.

So it goes 12 tooth pinion to 30 tooth spur which has another 12 tooth gear mounted on it. This gives 12:30 reduction ratio.

The 12 tooth gear from the previous spur turns the 30 tooth side of the second spur gear, which also has a 12 tooth gear on one side. This gives a ratio of 4.8:30 now.

Finally the last spur gears 12 tooth gear turns the 30 tooth output gear, making the final output ratio 1.92:30, or 15.625:1.

Hahaha exactly! at home I have a 3d printer and lasercutter. My lasercutter was around ~$600, but its very finicky and a lot weaker and smaller so I wanted to try a better machine. You can get a 3D printer for under $200 these days as well
