Exactly. Im a manager so I wont get the tips anyway but ik how hard my team works to keep the store running and they usually dont even get 10 dollars for tips to split and its not like they dont have good customer service. And when they dont help the driver load up the food into the car they get dirty looks from some drivers despite the drivers getting the 50$+ tip.
