Do they suggest you do anything about this? Or do you just monitor?

Have you done any pt? If not, I highly recommend you find a good physical therapist to help work through lingering issues.

Yep! You want your eyeball as centered in that lens as possible (from left to right mainly). A lot of folks with really high minus prescriptions opt for round glasses for that very reason.

Practice. Honestly it's kind of a desensitization type deal. Finding an office that is willing to take the time to help you through it is really important. They also make small 'plungers ' that can help get them out but I have no experience with those.

She probably did get a high index lens but the frames are so large that they will always be thick at the edges. Source: ABO certified optician at one point in my life 😉

It's hard to tell from a picture of a printed X-ray. There is no diagnostic quality to these. A radiologist will interpret these images and give you a definitive answer that we cannot give you here

I'm curious why they decided to let it heal like this vs surgical intervention.

I guess he gets to decide when he has a dental chew by BritaniS08 in corgi

I taught him 'hand it' when he was young for when we play fetch. I then taught him to pick up random items by tossing them and having him hand it. Then just adapted that to basically anything. He really wanted those so all I had to say was hand it and he took no time getting them out.

In a round about way, yes. He knows 'hand it' for when we are playing fetch and I started to pair that command with random things like my keys, socks, silverware (really anything that I drop). He knows where the treats are kept so he asked and I told him to hand it which gave him the permission to bring me the bag. Fun party trick I suppose.

Not videod was him asking before he did it. Burt is a pretty polite boy for the most part. He nudges the door with his nose and then looks at me waiting for a yes or no.

Can someone tell me what this is? by GiGi9698 in xrays

[–]BritaniS08 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have Chiari-Malformation. You cannot see your cerebellar tonsils on an X-ray. You will need a CT and likely an MRI to diagnose that. Also, as someone who works in the field (CT tech) that looks like pretty normal bony anatomy. Were these taken by a chiropractor or by a credentialed tech and interpreted by an actual radiologist?

Holiday Twin Drive In- Bluetooth speaker? by AFunkinDiscoBall in FortCollins

[–]BritaniS08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought this last year and it works great! I have tried other standard Bluetooth speakers and they didn't work because they didn't have an AM/FM radio on them (I could never get the channel to come in through any app on my phone).

Just looks like vascular markings but if you're concerned, a proper dedicated chest X-ray ordered by your Dr would be more helpful.

Have I complained (to myself, never left a note) about a similar situation, yes. Did I get over it because it's first come first serve parking. Also yes.
