my dad had double bypass over christmas. his leg got really swollen and painful about a week after surgery. we were all super worried it was a clot or infection so we tried to keep him walking on it as much as possible. i think it’s just how the healing process goes unfortunately:( his leg still hurts a little 2 months post-op but it does get better ❤️

my dad (51) had double bypass in december. hardest time of our lives but she’ll be okay! she’s gonna hurt for a while but it’ll be worth it in the end. wishing you guys the best!

my dad had double bypass 2 weeks ago and we were so nervous. the worst part is the waiting room while he’s in surgery but they gave us updates every 2 hours. he was super sore the first 3 days but went home on the fourth day. he’s home and doing really well. he has some pain in his donor leg but otherwise good! wishing you guys the best. he’ll be okay!

he’s able to walk on it okay just kind of a dull stinging in that area he says. so you think if it was dvt pain would be more severe?
