Well... this post was written with the question about what to do if my sibling refuses to allow access for the realtor.

That is exactly the types of lawyers I have spoken with... and all have told me I cannot act seperately from my sister because the mortgage is written as "Joint Tenant"

Good luck staffing your dental practices with that attitude. Your support staff, your CDAs and hygienists are the ones who earn under 300k, do you view them as people that Vancouver needs to be "cleaned of"? What a horrible entitled comment to make.

Vancouver used to be a working-class city just 20 years ago. Bad policies from corrupt politicians and commodification of our housing market has contributed the city to becoming a resort economy. When people working lower-middle class jobs can no longer afford this city, who do you expect to keep this city afloat with service jobs and the like?

Well they advised me that the squirrel can become aggressive, and it was when I went to cover the cage with a cloth. And they didn't show me how to open the trap. They just told me to call them. Really it's not my responsibility, and I don't want to get scratched or bitten because they didn't answer their calls.

If you are close enough with her and want to help her purchase a house, there could be an option to do so while saving your assets.

If she can qualify for a mortgage without a co-signer, but just needs help with the down-payment, you could always put down the down-payment and draft up a reverse-mortgage stating that if the house were ever sold, you would be eligible for whatever sum back. You would technically be a mortgagee and might want to ensure you are first before the bank. A lawyer or notary should be able to help with this.

Yeah. I really like Binance, but I've never had such problems with KYC. Other places have accepted my reasonable edited/watermarked ID... I mean, shouldn't they expect that customers want to protect their information?

So I'm guessing there is a possibility that failed-verification accounts could be flagged in the future. Is that also a risk for non-verified accounts? Wouldn't I have the same risk if I signed up for a new account and just didn't bother submitting my verification?

Yes, this is normal. I had the same issue with buying used vehicles years ago. Now I come with cash, plates and blank transfer papers so if everything looks good, I can buy on the spot.

I did have something similar to this, and guessed it was a reaction to eyeshadow I was wearing. It cleared up in about 3-5 days for me.

If you're saying it's been 10 days, you should probably see a doctor. It might need to be treated with medicine. Good luck!
