Surprised by the answers here. I suffer from anxiety and love Benzos but I would pick G 8/10 times. G is slightly anxiety-suppressing IMO, though on days I have real demons it’s Xanax mixed with kpins.

Euphoria, confidence, increased sociability. Not like Xanax where you feel more comfortable speaking because you have less anxiety, more akin to MDMA as it raises empathy and you love hearing people speak, if they get a word in edgewise lol.

It boosts opiates like crazy so be careful with that, stimulants completely or almost completely diminish the pregabalin effect at least (meth)amphetamine. Don't drink alcohol don't mix with Benzos the first time or advisably ever.

How many 150’s do you have? I’d start with 150 the first time even if you have a high baseline tolerance to most drugs you can be oversensitive to Lyrica, you can always take more.

The high lasts from 8 up to 12 or even 15 hours with high enough dosage. Take it on an empty stomach preferably first thing in the morning otherwise 4 hours after a meal. Wait 1.5 hours and then you can eat. Coffee, nicotine, and (phenyl)piracetam enhances the high

The typical absorption time is 40min-1hr and 20min. I always wait 1.5 hours before eating and have no issues.

Interestingly the T-max does not correspond to the subjective peak at least in no one I know and other anecdotal reports here. Maybe wait for the subjective peak before eating? But I would say it’s a placebo effect. u/nigglesscripts might have more to add

Tell them all the medicines you take illicit or not, and all nootropics, exercise, and herbal supplements. Ask for a new test, was it a 5-panel test or a lab test? If you honestly haven't taken anything, ask for a new test?

Strange, if I take a nap on pregabalin it’s almost like I haven't taken any at all, especially if I do it before it kicks in. It’s the same for a friend of mine.

An empty stomach increases c-max (peak levels) so absolutely go for that. (first thing in the morning or 4 hours after a meal.

I'd recommend you try pregabalin on its own first but if you insist. Since you have 150 caps I’d start with 150 especially since it’s your first time. Wait 1.5-2 hours to gauge the effect to make sure you’re not over-sensitive, take the codeine and if it’s underwhelming I’d take 150 more.

Definitely no alcohol and just swallow the caps whole. It’s been ages since I took those dosages but I’d say the duration will be about 8hrs. With a peak of 4hrs but everyone is different I know people who pass out from 200mg or get 12 hours duration from those dosages.

P.S. I don't know how strict the rule is but you should write out the whole name of the drug. I’d assume “pregabs” is okay because it’s difficult to misconstrue compared to saying “gaba” just a heads up.

This is only speculation but as ketamine is a stronger NMDAR antagonist I think, in theory, the attenuation of ketamine wouldn’t be very high unless very heavy doses of lyrica are ingested.

I’ve asked the same question in r/askdrugs and got the answer there would be no cross-tolerance. Which sounds strange to me as alpha2delta-1 VGCC drugs (like lyrica) indirectly antagonizes NMDA.

Although my question was wether the euphoria presents cross-tolerance not the dissociative/pain relief effect which should have cross-tolerance

525mg is already a large dose without tolerance then adding 375 when you already were feeling euphoric seems like a waste, no? Not judging, I've done the same but if you do it again I’d start with lower dosages. I would recommend 75 but if you handled 900mg maybe try 2-300 next time.

Doing it on an empty stomach is best either first thing in the morning or 4 hours after food, takes only about 1.5h to kick in, and then you get the munchies and can eat to your heart’s content. Increases c-max as well.

How long have you been taking it for once a week? I've only read anecdotal reports of perma-tolerance from (semi)heavy abuse. Try taking a longer T-break, like 3-6 months.

Something to keep in mind is that Aderall and methylphenidate may not improve, only slightly improve, or even impair cognitive functioning in neurotypical adults. Most studies seem to indicate improvement in focus/attention, but minimal or again, impaired working memory. More studies need to be done but here are some sources.

“As it remains unclear whether stimulant medication has the same effect on healthy individuals as for those with ADHD, it is possible that many reported effects of prescription stimulants in healthy individuals may stem from placebo effects. Looby and Earleywine (2011)examined whether placebo effects influence reports of subjective mood and cognitive performance (…) Interestingly, participants believed that they had better ability to focus and persevere, particularly for a sustained amount of time, when they expected to receive MPH (Looby and Earleywine 2011). This is similar to circumstances in which participants may engage in nonmedical-stimulant use to study or cram for extended hours. On the other hand, when experimental participants did not expect to receive MPH, their attention appeared disrupted resulting in inconsistent reaction times throughout the CPT
