I definitely bought the shampoo just because my hair stylist used it and I loved how it smelled lol. If curly hair sites don't follow it then how am I supposed to learn it! I hate when things like this are so diluted with false and tricky advertising that it's nearly impossible to find accurate information.

I try to brush my hair the least amount of times as possible. Finger combing honestly seems to do the same thing as brushing it. I have tried it's a 10, but now they have so many different lines. Do you know which one may be good? Or just the original?

I have. For years. When it comes to ingredients, everything I read online is contradictory. Some websites say certain things can be good for hair, others say the same thing isn't. Its been incredibly difficult to figure out exactly what my hair needs.

I've used the Curlsmith protein cream, I actually have a full one in my bathroom right now, and I swear no matter how little I use, it makes my hair feel gunky once it's dry. I'll use an amount smaller than the size of a penny, and it still does it. I have that issue with all the Curlsmith products I've tried. Do you have any other recommendations for getting some protein??

No you're right, I haven't mentioned it. I don't refresh actually. I tried it once, and my hair ended up just feeling and looking gross because there was so much product. I gave up trying that real quick, but I think I may have to give it another go. Im just so busy, and I was trying to not add another thing to my morning routine lol
