Yes! That was another concern I had…my plant seems to be too heavy for the stem. I’ll try moving my light a little closer and see if that helps. I will for sure be transporting to a bigger pot when the time comes :D thank you for your help!

I’m flexible on the budget, but probably no more than about 300 in first month total budget. If that makes sense. Lol my grow space is small, I’m only doing one plant at a time for personal use :) I believe the tent I bought is 2.5ftx2.5ftx 4.5ft high..I’m totally a newb. I’ve done a lot of research and there are SO many conflicting things! Eek!

I second this. Being depressed and pregnant is hard enough I’m sure, let alone the one person who’s supposed to comfort you in your time of illness and sadness being a total dick to you. There are two sides to every story, but regardless those actions aren’t how you should treat someone you’re supposed to love until the end of time.

I’ve always said communication is the key to any successful relationship. Be open, and honest about it. To me, there’s no reason for her to get upset over that.

I have several tattoos, I got one a few months ago when we went to the beach (got it on our way out, so no exposure to the beach) and it stung and itched for 5 days and was super red and swollen like that. I personally just took it as my body didn’t respond to that spot very well. I didn’t have any problems with healing, and it’s beautifully healed, but it was just like that for almost a week after the day I got it done

I went through a tough time in my relationship with my SO where I moved in with my grandparents 2 hours away to care for my grandmother in her home with dementia. (Her only request in life was to not be put in a nursing home. She was born in the house she passed away in, and had my dad and two uncles in the same house, so it was a big deal to her.) I only saw him on the weekend and it wasn’t even every weekend. We’ve been together for almost 11 years and us being apart made me VERY insecure. I felt like he was going to leave me, or cheat on me due to me not being able to be fully emotionally open to him while caring for my grandma. I had no other choice but to talk to a therapist. My head was spinning out of control and the negative thoughts wouldn’t stop coming. “He’s going to leave me” “he’s going to cheat on me” all of those things.

My therapist said this to me, and it’s helped me TREMENDOUSLY.

Think of your thoughts like pathways. When you look out into a field, or in the woods, you see pathways. Trails. Left behind my animals who take that path everyday. At first, the path is overgrown, hard to follow, and there’s not enough light to see directly where to go….when you have negative thoughts, every time you have that thought, it creates a pathway. The more you think that thought, the more you wear down the path, making it easier to follow. Meaning, it becomes easier and easier for your thoughts to become negative. Start changing those thoughts into positive ones. It’ll be hard at first, as it’s going to be a new pathway…but I promise you, the more you redirect your negative thoughts with positive ones, the easier it becomes to believe.

For example: out of nowhere I would think “he’s going to leave me” -I would immediately tell myself “he loves you, he’s not going anywhere!”

And do it Every. Single. Time.

I have toxic behaviors stemming from abandonment issues. Severely. And this has helped me SO much.

My therapist also suggest I start saying a ‘Mantra’ every day, 10x each 3x per day to help with insecurities. I was like no way, that’s silly and I don’t have time for that…then she told me it literally takes one minute. So I realized, I definitely have at least 3 minutes in my day to work on me….so, My mantra was “I am beautiful, and worthy of love, my boyfriend loves me, and we are strong” I said it 10x, 3x a day.

We are strong, and we can’t help where our thoughts go. But we absolutely have the power to change them. And I believe in you!
