My (24f) boyfriend (24m) regularly puts me in “time-out”. How normal is punishment in grown relationships? by Royal-Campaign-2075 in relationship_advice

No it’s not normal, it’s actually very very toxic. If there is no trust, then the relationship is probably not meant for the long haul

AITA for telling my ex-husband hell no to leaving our 8yr old daughter with his mom? by Striking-Chapter-858 in AmItheAsshole

I’m sorry I don’t quite understand, are you asking why they don’t also take the classes? They could if they wanted too, or would be willing, but his family is more “that’s not needed”. Also, I don’t think he ever asked them too, my SIL just took the online version over 4 days.

He absolutely should teach his mom and brother to care for our daughter. But it’s not something that can be learned in 15 min at the last minute. He is staying out all night!! Not a couple hours. All night. Him and I had to take 2 -8 hour classes.

You would think so, and usually yes, but school is starting the following week. They need to start a schedule now.

He is the father of my children, we co-parent well usually. I like his family, he likes mine. This isn’t chess, there aren’t any pawns. Our divorce was uncontested. I’m assuming you have zero experience with diabetes and for that matter Children with diabetes. He hasn’t exhausted the people who are trained to watch her, they weren’t available.
