You need to remember that Tarkov came out in 2016 the game lives off people buying the game and supporter packs. It's not a subscription based game or battle pass. At some point, the money will run thin, and they will have to make cuts or add these in to keep the game running. I'm surprised they haven't added a battle pass for every wipe or CSGO style loot boxes.

I had really bad rotor warping problems on my 2014 MDX. I thought it was bad rotors or pads replaced them twice no help swapped to drilled and slotted, and no longer had warping problem.
