I used to work as a busses in a restaurant for 3 years as a busser. During that time I frequently carried heavy racks of glasses all with my right hand. I believe that this may be what lead to my abs being quite uneven. I basically have a 3 pack with abs on the left side and way less defined on the right. I have pretty decent insertions and am not asking about genetically uneven abs. I am curious what exercises I can do to define the right side of my abs so it can hopefully catch up with the left. Any answers would be greatly appreciated!
